Happy you're here :)
Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Bevin spent most of her precocious childhood dramatically reenacting movies and books, debating with anyone who would listen, and fully believing she was destined to be a princess (preferably one with a sword and superpowers). While she hasn’t been crowned just yet, she’s found her own kind of magic in acting, storytelling, and bringing creative ideas to life. With a heart full of fire and a bookshelf full of Brontë, she blends big feelings, bold choices, and a knack for bringing old souls to life with fresh perspective.
She started her stage career in middle school after getting rejected from the volleyball team. Her first role? A fox who dramatically died over a stump in The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. From that moment on, she was hooked. She went on to attend Colgan High School in the Center for Fine and Performing Arts program, where she threw herself into theatre, storytelling, and the occasional overly intense monologue practice in the mirror. To Bevin, theatre isn’t just about performing—it’s about connection. There’s something magical about the way stories bring people together, how they make the world feel a little smaller, a little more understood. That feeling is what keeps her coming back. She also has a deep love for Shakespeare and period pieces. Bevin is passionate about breathing new life into classic works with a fresh, feminist twist. She believes in creating spaces where the boundaries of tradition can be pushed, giving a new voice and perspective to timeless stories.
Now, she’s earning her BFA in Acting at Shenandoah University (summa cum laude, no big deal) while also exploring her interests in law and marketing. On campus, she somehow finds time to be the captain of the mock trial team, Director of Finance for SGA, and a member of Omicron Delta Kappa. She’s deeply passionate about social justice and equity, always striving to leave the world better than she found it, whether through the stories she tells, the communities she uplifts, or the spaces she helps create.
When she’s not in rehearsals, deep-diving into a legal argument, or testing out her new color-coded calendar, Bevin is living her best nerdy, cozy life. She’s usually found with a book in one hand (fantasy, fiction, romance—she has range), dramatically singing along to her playlist, or rewatching a comfort show for the millionth time. She loves to shop, bake, and go on long walks with her family, always accompanied by her signature trio of drinks: ice water, a chai latte, and a seltzer. She also loves to explore new places, which may or may not explain her ever-growing collection of trinkets that absolutely do spark joy- even if she has no idea where to put them. Above all, Bevin is determined and passionate. She’s always all in.
